SMALL GROUP REHAB SESSIONS

Our small group rehab sessions hold a maximum of 2 - 3 participants. The supportive group dynamic fosters a sense of camaraderie, motivation, and accountability, encouraging individuals to push their limits in a safe and controlled environment. Overall, small group rehab sessions provide a holistic and interactive approach to rehabilitation, promoting faster recovery and enhancing the overall well-being of participants.

Personalised Program

Each client is provided with their own personalised program, so, whilst you will be working in a group environment, you will always be working towards your own unique goals, with your individual health and injury history firmly in mind.

Fully-Equipped Rehab Facility

Our Rehab Facility is fully equipped with all the essentials;

- Squat rack

- Dumbbells

- Rower

- Ski Erg

- Spin Bike 

- Sled 

- Cable Machines

We even have a Pelaton bike and a Pilates Reformer. 

Times to Suit You!

We will provide group session time slots both in the early morning and times to suit after the 9-5 rush. 

Supervised

These sessions will still be supervised by one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to ensure your safety and be available to help set up equipment or help with technique. 

Benefits of Group Sessions

Strength in numbers! After an injury, whether it be orthopedic or neurological in nature, it is easy to feel isolated. This can be due to any number of reasons, including limited physical mobility, difficulty participating in activities due to pain, or taking time off of work. In a group exercise setting, you’re surrounded by people who have the same or similar injuries, which allows you to bond with others and share your experiences. This helps expand your social support system, improve your mental and physical health, and provide a sense of accountability whilst increasing your confidence and motivation.
