Policy

We appreciate your trust in our healthcare services and the importance you place on scheduling and attending appointments. In an effort to better manage our appointment schedule and ensure availability for all our patients, we would like to inform you of our cancellation policy.

A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to provide us with ample notice whenever possible. This policy is in place to help us continue to provide the highest quality care to all our clients.
