PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiotherapists, are highly trained healthcare professionals who use a combination of manual techniques, exercise, education, and other therapeutic modalities to diagnose, assess, and treat a wide range of physical conditions and injuries.

Initial Assessment

The initial assessment runs for 45 minutes and consists of a thorough examination from one of our Physiotherapists. Each initial appointment costs $145.

Goal Setting

Goal setting provides a shared vision and a roadmap for progress, allowing our clients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey. By involving patients in the goal-setting process, our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists foster a sense of ownership and motivation, increasing the likelihood of adherence to treatment plans.

Client-Centred Care

Our therapists recognise that every patient is unique, with their own individual needs, goals, and preferences. We value and respect the diversity of our clients, understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach is often inadequate in healthcare. By focusing on the individual and their specific circumstances, we can tailor treatment plans and interventions to best meet your needs.

Follow-Up Assessments

Each follow-up appointment runs for 40 minutes and consists of progress reports, further goal setting and the assessment of exercises/rehab prescribed in the previous session. Each follow-up assessment costs $125.

Dual-Qualified Exercise Physiologists

A dual-qualified exercise physiologist and physiotherapist offers a unique skill set that can provide a range of benefits for both healthcare providers and patients. Here are some of the advantages:

- Better Integration of Exercise Prescription

- Enhanced Injury Prevention

- Improved Patient Education

- Comprehensive Approach to Rehabilitation

Access to Our Rehab Facility

We are lucky enough to have our own rehabilitation facility within our clinic. All of our clients will have access to this when seeing one of our therapists.
