Liam Rheinberger

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST 

Liam began his journey in health as a personal trainer, where he discovered a genuine passion for helping people achieve their physical goals. His desire to better understand the body and support clients through injury and recovery led him to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy.
Liam has a special interest in helping people manage and overcome low back pain, nerve-related issues, and common joint conditions such as knee and shoulder pain. His approach is evidence-based yet highly personable, and his clients appreciate his clear explanations and supportive style.
A lifelong learner, Liam stays up to date with the latest research and treatment methods. He believes in the body’s incredible ability to adapt and heal, and focuses on empowering his clients with practical tools, movement strategies, and confidence to take charge of their own recovery.
