Alice has played netball for 17 years, competing at various levels across New Zealand but with this love of sport came multiple injuries, with re-occurring meniscal injuries sparking an interest in physiotherapy and injury management. Alice has an interest in helping people recover and live an active, healthy lifestyle. She has a passion for treating neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, dementia, stroke and TBI’s as well as sports related injuries including pre and post-surgery recovery. Alice understands what it is like to be out of action and respects the emotional and physical barriers that come with this. Her goal is to help avoid these barriers with a patient-centred, holistic approach.

Favourite form of exercise: HIIT classes, hiking and Netball
