
SMALL GROUP REHAB CLASSES
Small Group Strength Classes (no more than 3 participants) are guided workouts designed to help you build strength, move better, and feel more energised — all in a supportive, fun environment. Led by experienced physiotherapists or exercise physiologists, each class is tailored to individual needs, so you get the benefits of personalised attention with the motivation of training alongside others. It’s the perfect mix of community, accountability, and expert coaching — no matter your age, fitness level, or injury history.
Personalised Program
Each client is provided with their own personalised program, so, whilst you will be working in a group environment, you will always be working towards your own unique goals, with your individual health and injury history firmly in mind.
Fully-Equipped Rehab Facility
Our Rehab Facility is fully equipped with all the essentials;
- Squat rack
- Dumbbells
- Rower
- Ski Erg
- Spin Bike
- Sled
- Cable Machines
We even have a Pelaton bike and a Pilates Reformer.
Supervised
These sessions will still be supervised by one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to ensure your safety and be available to help set up equipment or help with technique.
