SMALL GROUP REHAB CLASSES

Small Group Strength Classes (no more than 3 participants) are guided workouts designed to help you build strength, move better, and feel more energised — all in a supportive, fun environment.

 

Led by experienced physiotherapists or exercise physiologists, each class is tailored to individual needs, so you get the benefits of personalised attention with the motivation of training alongside others. It’s the perfect mix of community, accountability, and expert coaching — no matter your age, fitness level, or injury history.

In our private rehab gym you'll use a rowing machine, sled, peloton bike, pilates reformer, dumbbells, cable machines, barbells , ECHO bike, bands and more.

We offer discounted 10 group packs which can be rebated with private health. 

We welcome suggestions for more group class times.
